I Am Not Paying Any Fee If The Administration Does Not Reduce The Amount". This Statement She Made Seemed To Be The Exact Words Of Most Of The Students During The Last Days Of Last Semester. Apparently, The Administration Of RUC Has Said Nothing About The Reduction In Fees For Next Academic Year And Has Left The Students In A State Of Confusion.
